Deposit & Payment
To secure your date, $500 deposit for the Banquet Room is required
Deposit is non-refundable after 10 days
Final count information is due seven days prior to your event
Payment is due seven (7) days prior to your event by personal check, cash, credit card, or certified check by the end of the event.
Guarantees of exact attendance for all banquet functions must be made by two working days prior to your function, so that details may be finalized.
The House is prepared to serve 10% over the guaranteed number.
The final guarantee, once given, is not subject to reduction for any reason.
Price quoted does not include the 6% sales tax and the 18% gratuity.
Those will be added to all food and beverage functions.
Staff will not serve alcohol to a person underthe age of twenty-one
The House reserves the right to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
Audio-visual services can be ordered through the House on a rental basis.
Rates quoted upon request.
Audio-visual requirements must be ordered well in advance of each function to ensure availability.
The House does not permit affixing anything to walls, fixtures, or ceilings with nails, staples, tape, or any other substance unless the House approves.
If any damage is caused by unauthorized affixing of any items to the walls, floors, fixtures, ceiling of the House, the customer will pay the cost of repair and/or replacement.
